• Manor on Dauphin is a beautifully restored historic home on Dauphin Street in Mobile and is ideal for a wide variety of events including weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, baby showers, corporate events, Mardi Gras celebrations, board meetings, photography shoots, private dinners, and holiday gatherings.

What is the ideal guest count?

The ideal number of guests is 100 or fewer for the best flow and comfort inside the Manor. However, larger gatherings can be accommodated depending on the event layout and whether outdoor space is used.

Is there parking available?

Yes. The property offers ample on-site parking for approximately 15–17 vehicles in the rear lot. Additional overflow parking is available in two nearby adjacent lots if needed.

Can we play our own music?

Yes. The Manor features a linked speaker system throughout the house, allowing you to easily stream music from any app on your phone or device and play it throughout the venue.

Weekday: $125 per hour
Weekend (Fri-Sun): $200 per hour

Additional Rates

Additional Hours:

Additional hours to your rental contract can be accommodated at the party rental rate. Many of our brides choose to have their hair and makeup done at a hotel or Airbnb, but if you would like to do it all at the Manor, we can certainly accommodate you by adding additional hours.

Additional Days:

If you wish to guarantee set up prior to your event day, additional days to your rental contract can be added. Prices for adding additional days are provided below. These prices are at a discounted rate and are only available for set up.

General Policies

Cleaning fee of $200 will be added to all rental packages.
We will not be responsible for any items left overnight.
